- Active malignancy
- Active Vasculitis
- Ischaemic heart Disease
- Occlusive Vascular disease- aorta or iliac artery
- Age>75yrs
- Lower urinary tract disturbances
- Associated comorbidities
Peri-operative problems – fluid balance, primary graft non-function, sepsis
Management after transplant – triple theraphy -prednisolone, cyclosporine or tacrolimus, azathioprine
Immuno suppression – Risk of malignancy , opportunistic infections
Live related transplant better than Dead transplant.
